Ingredients:  
2 cups of milk
8 eggs
1 pound sausage (Bass farm is great!)
1 pound sharp, shredded cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
6 slices of bread (you can leave it whole or cube it)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Mix the eggs, salt, and mustard. Place the bread on the bottom of a 9x13 baker. Sprinkle the sausage on top of the bread. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top of that. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. This is great to put together the night before and cook in the morning.
