2/3 stick butter or margarine softened
3 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. buttermilk
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter

Spread peanut butter over cooled cake. Beat other ingredients until fluffy and spread over peanut butter.
