Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans chicken broth (reduced sodium)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 large chicken breasts
1 can jumbo biscuits
Pepper to taste
Salt if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot (I pull them right out of the freezer and throw them in!)
2. Cover with the chicken broth and add the cream of chicken soup and stir until fairly well mixed. Liquid will still be somewhat lumpy but that will cook out and become smooth.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
4. Remove chicken from liquid and shred as finely as desired with a fork. Return to crockpot.
5. The last 30 minutes of cooking, roll out each of the biscuits with a rolling pin and cut into strips (about 1 in wide). Add slowly to broth a few at a time. Do not stir but gently push down to immerse in liquid.
6. Cook an additional 30 minutes on high.
7. Serve in bowls.
