2 cups of boiled green lentil
1 yellow onion sliced
3 cloves of crushed garlic
I c. of spinach
2 tbsp of oil
1/2 tsp of salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan, sauté onions & garlic until golden. Add cooked lentils & stir. Add a pinch of salt & pepper. Add a tbsp of water if necessary and simmer for 15 -20 mins on low. Add spinach & stir. Turn off stove & rest with lid on for 5 mins.
