2 cups flour 1/2 cup warm milk
1 whole egg and 1 yolk
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and knead into dough. let rest for 10 minutes. Divide dough in halves and roll thin. Cut circles with a large biscuit cutter. Place a small spoonful of filling a little to one side. Moisten edge with water, fold over and press edges firmly. Seal edges well. Drop pierogi into salted boiling water. Cook gently for 5 minutes. Lift from water with perforated spoon
