2 tbls butter
3-4 tbls flour
2 cups milk
3# potatoes (about 8 medium)enough to fill casserole
american cheese slices
salt & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Melt in saucepan: 2 tbls butter, add the flour, stir and slowly add the 2 cups milk. Cook until it starts to boil. Remove from heat.
Slice potatoes in layers in greased pan. Alternate layers with sauce, cheese, salt and pepper. Cheese ending on top. Bake 11/2 hours at 375.
