1 pound bacon -- chopped and fried until crisp (chop while partially frozen
much easier]

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

2 cans mushroom pieces, drained

3/4 cup diced onion

2 cups grated cheese (mix and match)

3 loaves thinly sliced bread...cuf off the crusts (save for stuffing), butter on one side

Mix together the first 5 ingredients

push buttered side of bread into muffin tins

Fill each breed cup with approx 2 tbsp mixture.

Bake 350° 20-30 min until set and lightly browned.

Can be frozen and reheated on a cookie sheeet @ 300°-325°until warm.
