2 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
20 oz. can Crushed Pineapple with Juice (Heavy syrup is best)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, sugar, and baking soda together and sift. By hand, mix in the eggs, pineapple with syrup, and vanilla.

Pour into a greased 9" X 13" baking pan and bake at 350º for approximately 40 minutes.
 

ICING


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
8 oz. Cream Cheese- softened
1/2 stick of Butter or Margarine- softened
1 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Nuts- chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients (except nuts) together to make icing. After removing the cake from the oven and while it is still hot, top with the icing and sprinkle with nuts.
