8 oz. Olive Oil
1 Large Cauliflower- cut into bite size pieces
2 cans Ripe Black Olives- chopped
1 (16 oz.) can Green Olives- chopped
2 (12 oz.) jar pickled onions- chopped
2 (10 oz.) cans Mushrooms- Stems and pieces
2 Large Red Peppers- chopped
3 (15 oz.) bottles Heinz Catsup (750 ml)
2 (15 oz) bottles Heinz Hot Catsup (500 ml)
1 (125 ml) bottle mixed pickles- chopped
120 g can tuna
120 g can small shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients (except tuna and shrimp) into a large saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat on stove top, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
3. In the meantime, pour boiling water over tuna and shrimp.
4. Add tuna and shrimp to the mixture and stir.
5. Let cool and place in sterilized jars.
6. Serve with crackers.
7. Seal jars, and store in fridge for 2 weeks.
8. For later use, freeze jars, store in freezer.
