1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup ground pecans
2nd layer:
1 pckg cream cheese
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tspn vanilla
1 cup cool whip
top layer:
2 pkgs pistachio pudding
remainder of cool whip mix

Bottom Layer:
Mix altogether and press into a 9/12 pan and bake at 350º for 10 min.

2nd Layer:
Mix altogether and spread on baked bottom layer

Top Layer:
Mix altogether gently and spread on top
*Keep frozen until used
