1/2 c balsamic vinegar
1/2 c olive oil
2 T steak seasoning rub
2 lb boneless pork loin roast

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together vinegar, oil and steak seasoning. Put pork in a plastic bag and pour in marinade. Squeeze air out of bag, seal and refrigerate. turning once, at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours.

Preheat oven to 350º.

Transfer pork to 9x13" glass baking dish and pour in marinade. Roast, basting every 15 minutes, until a meet thermometer inserted into center registers 145º, 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
