-1 cup of red and 1 cup of green glazed cherries, cut fine
-3/4 cup coconut
-1lb gumdrops (approx. 2 cups or 400g)
-1/4 cup of flour
-3/4 cup of butter
-1 1/4 cups white sugar
-4 egg yolks
-4 egg whites
- 1 tsp each of almond, rum, lemon, and vanilla flavoring
-2 cups of flour
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-3/4 tsp salt

1. In a medium bowl or plastic bag mix together glazed cherries, coconut, gumdrops with 1/4 cup of flour
2. In a larger bowl beat until creamy butter, sugar, egg yolks
3.Then mix in egg whites, almond, rum, lemon and vanilla flavoring
4.In a small bowl mix 2 cups of flour, baking powder, salt and then add to large bowl and mix
5.Fold in fruit
6.Grease 10 in tube pan ( I also line the greased pan with parchment paper)
7.Pour ingredients into tube pan
8.Bake at 275º F for 1 3/4 to 2 Hrs. Place a dish of water in oven while baking.
