Potatoes Grated Cheese Butter Sour Cream Salt Pepper
Bake potatoes as you would normally. When finished baking scoop out all of the insides of the potatoe and put in a bowl. To the potato insides add butter, sour cream, salt and peper. After you have mixed that in then scoop the filling back into the potatoe shells. On top of the potatoes cover with grated cheese.
Rebake for approx 10 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted and started to brown.
