4 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1 14 oz can of evaporated milk
1 lump of butter, the size of an egg
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 can of marshmallow fluff
Walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 8x8 baking dish.
Combine sugar and cocoa in a heavy sauce pan.
Add evaporated milk slowly, mixing well.
Put over heat and stir constantly while cooking. When mixture forms a firm ball in cold water, remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla, butter, and marshmallow fluff.
Lastly add 1 cup chopped walnuts if desired.
Beat the mixture until thick, and begins to loose it's glossiness.
Quickly pour into the buttered dish.
Cut into squares with a sharp knife while fudge is still warm.

This is the fudge that I always make. It can be tricky. Make sure to boil the fudge long enough.
