3 eggs
1 prepared pie crust
2/3 cup heavy cream
½ cup milk
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp fresh Italian Parsley chopped
4 oz Panchetta
¼ tsp salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry Panchetta, let cool and break into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together and stir in Panchetta. Pour into pie crust, bake at 350 for approx 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
