2 lbs. ground beef
2- 8 oz. pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
2 tbsp. water
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 head of lettuce chopped well
2-3 tomatoes chopped
Sour cream for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, breaking into crumbles; drain. Add taco seasoning mix, 1 ½ cup cheese, & water into hamburger, mix together and set aside. On a large round stoneware or pizza pan open two pkgs. crescent rolls. Separate into 16 triangles, arrange triangles, slightly overlapping in a circle with wide ends about 4 inches from edge of round baking stone or pan. The points will extend over the edge of the pan. Press the wide edges together towards center to create about a 5 inch circle opening.
Take taco meat mix and form balls, place the balls evenly over dough at wide edge in a continuous circle. Bring the points of dough back over the taco filling and tuck end into center edge of ring, continue around (the filling will show through slits. Bake in 375’ oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sour cream, cheese, salsa, guacamole, lettuce and tomatoes.
