2 lbs. hamburger
two 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium yellow onion
5 cups noodles (uncooked)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
one 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/3 cup chopped green onions/chives
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown hamburger & onion.
Drain, stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt & pepper.
Remove from heat. Set aside
Cook noodles according to direction. Drain.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, green onion & green pepper.
Spread 1/2 noodles in 9X13 baking cake pan.
Top with 1/2 meat sauce. Cover with cheese mixture.
Add remaining noodles & remaining meat sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese & cheddar.
Bake at 350º for 30 - 45 minutes
