1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. coconut milk
1 c. cream of coco
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. evaporated milk
1 + 1/3 c coconut rum
1 c. water
6 cinnamon sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first six ingredients in a blender and set aside. Boil the water with the cinnamon sticks. Cool to room temperature and then discard the cinnamon sticks.

Pour the cinnamon water into the blender with the other ingredients. Blend well. Pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate overnight.

To serve, shake the bottle well and pour into a low ball glass. Garnish with ground cinnamon sprinkled on top.
