5 lbs. pork, diced (pork cushion is best)
¼ cup minced or pureed garlic
1/8 cup vinegar
1/16 cup red crushed chili or red pepper flakes
1 large onion, chopped
1/8 cup parsley
3 lg. cans Diced green chiles
½ gallon chicken stock
¼ cup cumin
2-3 tbsp. black pepper
3-5 jalapeno peppers chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, allow to slow cook for 6-8 hours. Thicken with a roux.
Fill soft flour tortillas with Chile Verde, cheese, rice, beans, tomatoes and lettuce. If desired you can smother outside of burrito with more Chile Verde sauce.
