For the topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter (melted

Sweet Potato mixture
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 tea salt
1 tea vanilla
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (spray a medium size casserole dish.

Combine brown sugar, flour, nuts, vanilla and butter and eggs in a large mixing bowl in the order listed. Beat thoroughly with a hand mixer to increase the fluffiness.

Pour the mixture in the casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes. At this point it can be covered and put in the refrigerator.

When about ready to eats sprinkle with the Sweet Potato nut mixture, and return it to the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the crust is browned and crunchy. Set aside for 30 minutes before serving.
