1, 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/2 lb. velveeta process cheese, cubed
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 strips bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
2, 8-oz. cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

note: could substitute finely cubed ham for bacon

Combine spinach, velveeta, bread crumbs, and bacon in 1 1/2 qt. saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts. Unroll crescent dough; separate into 16 triangles. Cut each in half lengthwise. Spread about 1 tsp. filling onto each triangle. Roll up, starting at long end to for crescent shape. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375º for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
