Spare Ribs -
Grandma Terry's Marinara Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown spare ribs in the broiler of your oven until mostly done.
Drain all grease.
Put spare ribs in a large pot or Dutch oven.
Add enough marinara sauce to cover the ribs.
Simmer for at least 2 hours, until ribs are about to fall off the bone.

Serve with pasta (Grandma Terry used Angel Hair pasta with this recipe)

This is one of my mother's "go to" recipes. She did this one extremely well.
The sauce is rich and absolutely delicious. Courtney and Braden loved this meal, and often asked for it when they spent time with us.
