Personal Notes:
Grandma Evelyn always had cookies on hand when the girls got home from school. Jennifer always went to Grandma's after school to "check in" and have a cookie, bringing one or two home for Erin. Jenn even made up a song about the cookies. This recipe was copied from Grandma's cookbook by Jennifer to be sure to keep it in the family.
