1 T canola oil 3 cloves of garlic
2 c grated carrots 1large diced onion
saute till tender
add
3 T chopped parsley
3 T chopped basil
make thickening base
1 c chicken stock
2 T butter
2 T flour
salt & pepper to taste 1 qt. tomato add to above and simmer 5-10 mi
