1 lb Mild Italian Sausage
1 to 1 ½ 8 oz pkg Original Regular cream cheese (no low fat water wasted liquidy crap)
As many mushrooms as your batch of sausage will fill, large container.
I like my sausage over stuffed so I double the recipe and buy 2 Large boxes or 4 - 5 small boxes of mushrooms.

Brown Italian Sausage & drain, put into a bowl, add cream cheese, warm until smooth and mixed thoroughly

Clean mushrooms, removing stems and more.

Stuff sausage and cream cheese mixture into mushrooms

Put tray on middle shelf and Broil 8 minutes or until the sausage starts to brown/crisp. Change oven to bake/warm until time to serve.
