4 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
4 Eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Minced onions
4 Jalapeņo peppers, seeded and chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Stirring well, spread mixture in an ungreased 9x13 dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until sides are brownish. Cut into 1 or 2 inch squares.
