Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 c cooked elbow mac
2 c grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs beaten
1 cup sour cream
4 tbl butter, cut into pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
place hot cooked noodles in bowl and while hot add the cheese. I also add the butter in now while hot. In separate bowl combine remaining ingrediants and add to mac mixture. Pour 1/2 into casserole dish, this is where I add more cheese then what the recipe calls for, top with remaining noodles and top with more cheese. I also use the whole 16 oz of sour cream, who buys 8 oz?
