3-4 med zucchini, cut into ribbons
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt divided
1/3 c olive oil
3 T lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
4 oz refrigerated fettuccine
1/2 cup fresh basil, divided
1 T grated lemon peel2 oz shaved parmesan divided (i use more)

Directions:
Directions:
mash garlic and 1/2 tsp salt make into paste. combine garlic paste, oil , lemon jce and pepper with the zucchini ribbons. cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook fettuccine, drain and rinse.
Toss zucchini mixture with 1/2 the basil and lemon peel and remaining salt. Add noodles, toss. Add 1/2 of the parmesan. Serve with remaining cheese and basil over top.
