sugar
food coloring, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut quinces in pieces. Cook until soft. Put into cheese cloth bag and let drip. Measure juice. Use one cup juice to one cup sugar. Let boil 2-3 minutes. When jelly fills fork it is done. Color with food coloring if desired.
