1 can Tomato Basil soup
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/4 c. Cold water
8 oz. Cream cheese, cubed and softened
1 c. Celery, diced (or sliced water chestnuts)
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1 lb shrimp, cooked and chopped
1 c. Mayonnaise

Beat soup to boiling. Bloom gelatin in water for a couple of minutes. Add to soup. Blend in cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 4-5 cup mold. Chill several hours. Serve with crackers.
