1 1/4 cups milk, scalded
1/2 cup sugar
pinch salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp margarine
yeast
Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, let cool. Mix yeast in warm water and let stand. Beat eggs, and add rest and mix in 1 1/2 cups flour. Let stand for 1 hour to raise. Add 1 1/2 more cups flour and knead. Let rise till light. Roll out and cut on board. Let rise again and fry in crisco. Sugar or leave plain.
