3 eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup honey or syrup
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup nuts
1 cup coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar and honey. Mix Well Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder. Mix and add dates, nuts and coconut. Pour into large cake pan and bake at 300º for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into squares while warm and roll in confectioner's sugar and colored coconut.
