1 can beef chuncks and gravy
1 can okra and tomatoes
1 can succotash
1 can mixed vegetables
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 large potato chopped
salt
pepper
basil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine canned ingredients in a large pot. Add onion and potato. Add salt, pepper and basil to taste. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 1 hour.

I always have the cans on hand and at the first sign of snow they go in the pot! Also great to have on hand when there is a death or an illness and you need to take food.
