Dough:
6 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
4 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. cream
2 cups warm water

Filling:
Yellow potatoes
Onions, cut into small pieces
Butter for frying
A little cream

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Boil and mash potatoes. Lightly fry onions in butter and mix into mashed potatoes with a little cream.

Dough: Add flour and salt to a bowl then make well in centre. Mix eggs, oil, cream and water. Slowly combine flour and water mixture until fully combined. Knead on counter until dough is no longer sticky.

Split dough into 2-3 piles and rest under a bowl for 5 - 10 minutes. Cut dough and put under towel. Roll out dough and cut into 2x2 squares. Fill with 1 tsp of filling and pinch to close.
