• 12 – 16 lamb rib chops thin cut
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 tbsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
• 1 tbsp Lawry’s garlic powder
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp sherry
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
• 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh marjoram
• 1 teaspoons dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• ˝ tsp white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place lamb chops in a shallow baking dish or resealable. Combine all ingredients except chops and mix well. Reserve ˝ cup marinade for basting. Add chops and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least for 1 hour. Preheat grill. Grill chops over a medium high heat for about 4 minutes per side on until browned to desired doneness. Don’t over cook. Should be medium rare
