6 to 8 jalapenos (Canned jalapenos in brine work great)
1 huge handful of cilantro
1 avocado
1 heaping tsp of minced roasted garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise (or substitute with Greek or plain yogurt)

Directions:

1.) Scoop out the seeds of the jalapenos if you want a mild dip
2.) Puree the jalapenos. cilantro, avocado, garlic, lime juice, in a food processor until it looks like a paste.
3.) Mix together the jalapeno puree with the sour cream, mayo (or yogurt) and the dry ranch dressing mix.
4.) Chill for about an hour and serve. Can also be made the night before.
