2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups mashed bananas
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 1/2 cups flour
1 T baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix sugar and oil. Then add eggs and mashed bananas. In another bowl, sift dry ingredients, then add to banana mixture. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake for an hour.
