6-8 large green peppers
3-4 lbs. ground beef
4 eggs
onion
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops off of peppers (keeping for lids), remove core, lastly remove lines.
Rinse peppers and lids.
Mix raw ground meat, eggs, salt, pepper and chopped onions to taste.
Scoop into pepper and replace lid.
Bake at 350º for 1 1/2
Add 2 cans tomato soup.
Finish baking for additional 1/2 hour.
