2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup shortening
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa
3 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients thoroughly for 2 minutes by hand or mixer. Then stir in remaining ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes. Bake at 375º for 35 minutes.
