1 large zucchini sliced into medium thickness
2-3 eggs beaten
Italian bread crumbs
2 bowls
vegetable oil

Directions:

Bowl 1:
beaten eggs
Bowl 2:
bread crumbs
Dip zucchini slice into eggs.
Then dip into bread crumbs and cover
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Repeat until all are fried and crispy.
