8 c. warm water
20 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 Tbsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Warm the water to about 110º. Sprinkle yeast over water and let stand for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and half of the flour. Mix together and continue adding flour until dough is no longer sticky feeling. Knead for 10 minutes. Allow bread to rise until doubled in volume. Punch dough down. Make into loaves and place in greased loaf pans. Let loaves rise and bake at 350º for 35 - 40 minutes. Remove bread from pans to cool. Tops of loaves may be brushed with butter to keep crust soft.
