1 c shortening
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
Pinch salt
2 c oats
2 c flour
1 t soda
1 t baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together wet ingredients until smooth and creamy. Mix dry ingredients together in separate bowl. dd dry to wet in small batches and mix until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees on parchment paper for 10-12 minutes.
