1 1/2 lbs. ground chicken
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. dried breadcrumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 t. coarse salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 t. ground black pepper
12 slices mozzarella cheese
12 slider buns, split

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken & next 8 ingredients. Form into 12 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Brush patties on both sides with oil, and then grill 8 to 10 minutes until fully cooked (165 degrees) turning once. Place cheese slices on each patty to melt during the last minute, and toast buns, cut side down, over direct heat.
Assemble.
