1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 T. butter
1 T. flour
1 t. seasoned salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 2/3 c. stewed tomatoes (contadina)
1 1/2 c. cooked green beans
2 c. cooked cauliflower
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion & green pepper in butter; add flour & seasonings. Stir lightly. Then add tomatoes. Toss green beans & cauliflower with tomato mixture. Place in buttered 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
