1 can chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
8 oz.jar Cheez Whiz
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. Minute rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook celery and onion in butter until golden.
2. Combine soup, water and cheese.
3. Thaw broccoli or cook slightly with celery and onion
4. Prepare rice and set aside
5. Combine all ingredients, place in buttered 2 quart casserole dish.
6. Bake in 350º oven for 45 to 60 min.
