2 1/2 lbs. broccoli florets (lightly steamed)
2 tomatoes cut into wedges
1/4 lb. mushrooms, quartered
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 c. toasted almonds or pecans
1 c. Lowry's sea salt
1 t. pepper
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix last four ingredients (the dressing).
Pour dressing on cut vegetables approx. 15 minutes before serving & toss together.
