2 lbs. chicken diced or shredded
2 cans Mushroom soup
2 cans Cream of chicken soup
3 cups Cheddar cheese grated
1 med onion, chopped
18 corn tortillas
1 16 oz. sour cream
18 oz. green chili ( Mild or Hot )

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 325º
2. Sauté onion in butter until opaque
3. Combine Chicken, soup, onion, sour cream & chilies
4. Fry corn tortillas in oil until soft
5. Layer tortillas in bottom of 13 x 9 casserole pan
6. Layer chicken mixture on top add layer of cheese
7. Repeat layers topping with cheddar cheese.
8. Bake 30 min until bubbly
9. Top with lettuce and tomato
