8 oz Rum
64 oz dry Champagne
13 oz Peach or Apricot Brandy
3 cubes of sugar (3 tsp)
1 pineapple, pared, cored and finely sliced
3 lemons or 5 limes
16 oz green tea
32 oz Club Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Slice lemon or lime and soak pineapple and that fruit in Brandy overnight in a tightly sealed container.
Add Brandy, Rum, green tea and sugar.
Blend well.
Let sit for 5-6 hours.
Just before serving, add champagne, then club soda.
