4 c. cranberries (fresh)
2 apples (cored, unpeeled)
1 orange (rind also)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. orange jello
1 pkg. raspberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 stalks of celery (chopped fined)
1/2 c. nuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Grind cranberries, apples, orange & sugar. Let stand overnight.

Dissolve orange & raspberry jello in boiling water. Let cool till partially set.

Add cranberry mixture, celery and nuts.

Refrigerate to harden.

This salad has been at every Christmas and Thanksgiving dinner since I can remember. Grandma Walter used to make it and mom always took it to Grandma Dykes' Christmas as well. (You can use Trivia and unsweetened jello if wanting to reduce sugar.)
