1 1/2 cup flour
2 teas. baking powder
pinch of salt
13 cup margarine softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Top with sliced apples and a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Use a greased and floured 8x8 pan. Bake 375 for 45 or 50 minutes.

Mix confectionery sugar and a little milk and drizzle over apples while still warm.
Delicious with vanilla ice cream!
